Soy Sauce and Garlic Grilled Beef Skewers

Ingredients:

 1lbs beef (sirloin or flank steak), cut into cubes

 1/4 cup thick soy sauce

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 1 tbsp sesame oil

 1 tbsp brown sugar

 1 tbsp rice vinegar

 1 tsp ginger, grated

 Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions:

 1. In a bowl, combine thick soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and ginger.

 2. Add the beef cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the fridge.

 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

 4. Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers.

 5. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side until desired doneness.

 6. Serve hot with a side of vegetables or rice.
