Soy Sauce Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

 6 chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on

 1/4 cup thick soy sauce

 2 tbsp brown sugar

 1 tbsp rice vinegar

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

 2. In a bowl, combine thick soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil.

 3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.

 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

 5. Serve with steamed rice and vegetables.
