Soy Sauce Teriyaki Meatballs

Ingredients:

 1lbs ground beef

 1/4 cup thick soy sauce

 2 tbsp mirin

 1 tbsp brown sugar

 1 tbsp sesame oil

 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

 

Instructions:

 1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, thick soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, sesame oil, and breadcrumbs.

 2. Form into 1-inch meatballs and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.

 3. While baking, prepare the sauce: In a small saucepan, combine thick soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar. Bring to a simmer and reduce for 5-7
minutes.

 4. Once the meatballs are cooked, drizzle the sauce over the top and serve.
