Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:

 4 salmon fillets

 1/4 cup thick soy sauce

 2 tbsp brown sugar

 2 tbsp mirin

 1 tsp rice vinegar

 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

 2. In a bowl, whisk together thick soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, rice vinegar, and sesameoil.

 3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

 4. Brush the salmon with the teriyaki sauce and bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

 5. Serve with extra teriyaki sauce drizzled over the top.
