Soy Sauce and Ginger Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:

 1 lbs ground chicken

 2 tbsp thick soy sauce

 1 tbsp sesame oil

 1-inch ginger, grated

 1 egg

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

 

Instructions:

 1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, thick soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, egg, andbreadcrumbs. Mix well.

 2. Form into 1-inch meatballs.

 3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides, about 5-6 minutes.

 4. Once browned, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.

 5. Serve with a dipping sauce or over rice.
