Soy Sauce Beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

 1lbs beef (flank steak or sirloin), thinly sliced

 2 tbsp thick soy sauce

 1 tbsp oyster sauce

 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

 1 tbsp sesame oil

 1 bell pepper, sliced

 1 onion, sliced

 1/2 cup broccoli florets

 2 cloves garlic, minced

 1-inch ginger, grated

Instructions:

 1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

 2. Add the beef and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

 3. In the same skillet, add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, onion, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.

 4. Add the beef back to the skillet and pour in the thick soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce.

 5. Stir everything together for another 2-3 minutes, until well coated and heated through.

 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
